I am so proud to have been a Wingate Scholar. The scholarship has benefited me in many, many ways. Not only have I have been able to bring together years of qualitative visual and academic research, that culminated in the publishing of my book, I have also been able to bring my work into the public arena. Without this scholarship, I would not have achieved this level personal fulfilment and professional development.
